My plan was up so I put a voucher in and my plan took my money but my phone will not work even though I payed for my plan.im payment history it shows up as a debit transaction but I used a voucher and the plan still will not work and it’s been a day with no service

@Braxx1 Now I'm curious how far into the standard troubleshooting guide for common problems did you get? Reboot or all the way to loading a dollar? Happy it worked!

@Braxx1 Log in, click reactivate, log out. Reboot phone. Service? Power off, remove SIM, wait 5min, reinsert SIM, power up. Service? Log in, go to plans page, report phone lost/stolen, log out, wait 5 min, log in, report found, log out. Service? Reboot. Service? Log in, add $1, reactivate, log out. Service? Reboot. Service? Still no... submit ticket via Simon (?)

@Braxx1 How do you know that you have no service? Have you tried calling 611? If your problem continues, please contact the moderator by click on the Question Mark and get a ticket to reach out the Moderator Team.
