Renew plan early

I paid $40+taxes to renew my plan but it is sitting in my account and my data has not been reset

@simtre you need to contact customer support click the link in the post above yours and send them a private message

 

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a message

 

Moderators are available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to Midnight EST and from Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 10PM PM EST

Thanks for your answers.  I had tried a change plan to the same plan but that just gobbled my $40 and did nothing else.

You can't renew a plan that is the same as the previous month early unless you contact a Moderator. You can do so by clicking here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@simtre It is impossible to renew the same plan early. For that, you need to contact moderators. Or you can change your plan to lower/higher tier and change it immediately. If you run out of data, you may consider simply to buy a data addon.

@simtre to renew your plan early you have to contact the moderators and ask them to do it for you.  There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Unfortunately, you can't renew the same plan earlier by yourself.  You will need to contact moderator to help with this process.  

 

To contact moderator via 2 methods:

  1. Ticketing system - faster response time

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

2 Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

You could change to a different plan Ie. $50 plan by yourself or buy a data add on $15 for 1 GB.
