Renew Plan Failed! Account invalid!

My plan was $140( provincial talk, text , 6GB 90 days plan grandfathered). I set to change this plan to $120 ( provincial talk, international text, 6GB) on Sep 8th. I just realized my account is inactived this morning and I need to top -up $20 dollars to be activated.I think I am still with the old plan and my autopay went through took new plan amount! Plz help me out!
