Hi.
I'm looking to cancel my Public Mobile service and want to make sure my payment card on file is not charged again.
How can I remove my credit card or payment method from my account? If it's not possible to remove it, what steps do I need to take to ensure there are no future charges or automatic renewals?

you can ask PM agent to remove the credit card. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
