Hello, I have a ZTE bladeA7P cell phone, my phone company (Fizz in Canada/owned by Videontron) tells me my phone will not work with the removal of the 3G but if I look at other companies like Telus or Virgin Mobile it says it will work. Can someone tell me what is what is true here and why would it work with some companies and not others? Thank you!

It's working right now but Videotron is suppose to remove 3G at the end of July, but with the information you gave me my phone should work because it's a B20 so I have no idea why they tell me this. My phone is not on their list, and I don't know why.

"you are lucky, your phone is on PM's VoLTE whitelist, so, you can use VoLTE white list and you won't have any impact even 3G goes away here"
If this phone is volte compatible then why does it not work in fizz? Check to see if you can enable the volte on your phone to make it work while you are still at fizz.
Note that only ZTE Blade A7P (Z6252CAV1.0.0B15 & above) are on volte compatible whitelist. If you have an older model, volte may not work for you at public mobile.

Rogers is removing 3G this year, but Bell and Telus will keep 3G for another 1.5 years or more
