I'm trying to move my PM number to another provider. I responded yes several times nothing happened with the prompt they sent me.

when your old number stops working...remove the sim and install the new Public Mobile sim. If using esim, disable the old esim and make the Public Mobile esim as primary. Do a network re-set.
