You can also purchase a SIM card from Mobile Klinik if there is one near you. Canadian Cell Supplies has sold out for sometime now.

Once you have your new SIM. Login to your account and go to Account-Change Your SIM Card to transfer your account to the new SIM.

eSIM or electronic SIM will only work if your phone is eSIM compatible. You need to purchase the eSIM on the phone you want the eSIM. It is not transferable like a SIM where you can pop it out and place it in another phone.

You can purchase physical SIM card at Telus or Koodo corporate stores (call ahead of time), Public mobile website (10 day business day shipping) or Amazon.ca (prime shipping).  Cost is $15 plus taxes.  

If your phone is eSIM compatible, you can purchase eSIM via your PM app on your phone.  Cost is $5.  If you purchase eSIM in the past for same account, it should be free the second time.
