So it appears that my request to transfer a number from Koodo for a new line got really messed up by me.
Seem to have transferred the number to my existing account. Existing Public Mobile account shows a temp interim number.
Have called Koodo and got them to decline transfer. How do I get my old number reinstated to my Public Mobile account? Or does this happen automatically ?
Have left a ticket but no response for 2.5 hours.
Help from community to resolve this ? Thank you in advance for guidance.

Did you accept the sms for the port?
