Hi there!
I just received my SIM card in the mail today and tried to port over my phone+plan.
Everything went well, I registered the username using the email, typed in my old phone details, and then was brought to the payments page where I typed in my CC info and it went through (I got a text saying that I was charged $120, which was weird because it's supposed to include taxes...).
However, the website reloaded and told me that my credit card was declined. I pressed the submit button at the bottom again, and again, got another text saying that I was charged another $120 (without any taxes), and then I was brought to a page saying payment was successful. I was to be charged on December 17, 2016 again (how does that work? It's november and I paid for 90 days, which means the recycle billing date should be February of 2017...)
I tried logging in but it said my username did not exist. Tried resetting password and it said the same thing. I need help! Thank you!

Hi Jeferson!
Unfortunately I've been checking my email every minute and the only e-mail I've received is the verification email for signing up into the PM community, which is different than the phone account/SIM account I signed up for. Therefore, they haven't sent me that e-mail for signing up the SIM/port and I'm stuck with a $240 bill lol.
I can definitely let someone know my registry email or phone number or SIM card used to sign up. This is a weird situation that I'm in.
Anyway, thanks for the fast response!

Start by checking your email. They've likely sent you startup info and perhaps you typed a goofy username or something. Have a look at their welcome email and sign in from there.
Good luck!
