Hi, my friend try to sign up for PM Community but get "not a valid email address"
Here with anonymized email, length is same and dots are at same. (I addded a space so it get posted)
joedo..e@ gmail. com is not a valid email address
Same email worked fine for Self Service Account.
Is that a Lithium issue? or another restriction?

@Tilo It could be an issue with the Lithium system not accepting certain emails. I think it does not allow you to use gmail aliases by adding a dot. The self-serve and the lithium community are completely different systems. Give it try at other lithium communities such as Paypal, HP or Dell to see if it lets you create an account with that email address.

That is weird situation especially if the email address worked for self service account.
The website is finicky at times. You can try another browser, incognito mode or maybe clear the cache.
