I am trying to register my account.  Please send me instructions on how to do this.

@Cheryl33  - you can only register an account if you have an activated public mobile SIM card. Do you have an activated SIM card? If not, you can activate here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

During the activation process your My Account will be created.

 

Otherwise, if you already have an activated SIM see @hTideGnow 's post.

HI @Cheryl33   you activated in store?  Only those who activated in store would have no My Account setup

 

To set it up now, to to My Acccount site and click Register now  (or this link:  https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/XZxMjt)  and follow it to open ticket to PM CS Agent,

Use the choice I forgot my My Account email address or password

then click Forgot My Account Email,

then Contact Us

finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.


After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
