Hi everyone how do I contact an agent I have a question regarding a referral code I did input and I still haven’t received a credit of 10 dollars! If someone can help that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

the $10 is not an instant saving. Instead, it is a credit that will be added to your My Account as Available funds within 72 hours. So, please wait and check after 3 days
if you still don't see the $10 showing as Available funds, then open ticket with PM support agent
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
