I said Yes to a promo code on April 28th but don’t see it reflected on my new bill from May? How I can contact Public Mobile about this issue?

Yup it looks like a plan promo. If you want it then reply with YES. It will switch on your next renewal date so you can won’t be charge for the old and new plan. If not, just delete it or ignore it.

PM rarely offer a promo code. So I think you are confused with a plan change if it was a text to you.

"promo code" ? .... Can you tell us what the code was for ? Did you reply YES to an offer to upgrade ? If so, you can dial 611 to hear details of your current plan.
