Hi
I got overcharged like two times Aug 20 and aug22 but on public mobile payment history doesn’t show have extra money but my card is showing two time transactions.
plz let me know about this ?

@Maninderkaur any chance one of them is a pending charge and only one is an actual charge?
since you checked Payment History already it is time to open ticket with PM support and have them to confirm

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
do you see that amount at Available Fund,, if yes then ok keep it for next cycle will be taken from there automatically.
if no then contact PM Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent
