Hi anybody could help me to close my account with public mobile. However, i want to use my number with different provider. They want me pin number from public mobile. anybody could help me would be great, TIA

Hi ask a cs agent to remove any credit card on file you shouldn’t need a pin for new provider just your account number,name on account and phone number being transferred .public account must be active
contact customer service to remove cc

if you can Login Page to your account and change it the PIN,
but if can't login then contact to support team by CS_Agent to reset pin,
