To Whom it May Concern:
I have recently purchased a SIM card at full price only to see a half off discount not too long after my purchase. I was wondering if it possible for me to receive the difference in the price I paid and the sale price as there was no way for me to foresee the oncoming sale. If there is, I would like to know the procedure to do so.

@Seiwoong I also paid the full $10 for Public Mobile sim card. I didn't know that sim cards can bought discounted. darn! 😧 You are not going to get a refund on your sim card but, what you can do is get that PM sim card at $3.00 on sale at CCS per @Jb456 post. It is always good to have an extra sim cards to keep for yourself or to give away for your Refer-a-friend reward. Cheers!

Most times you can get them cheaper from https://canadiancellsupplies.com/.
Plus they ship faster or you can pick up if you're in TDOT area.

Happened to me when i activated to. Paid full price SIM then price went down. Luck of the draw really, as there is no notice about these price reductions.
You can contact the moderators and ask, but like @oglat said, don't think there is a chance you can get a reduction.

The sales here happen sporadically and are flash sales over a certain number of days. If you are outside of those specific dates you will not qualify for the sales price. Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service and does not offer refunds.
