Would like to please cancel and get refund as I have been trying get some help to swap eSIM to a physical SIM and it seems no one is responsive enough. May I please get my refund back. Thank you

Thanks, tried that for the last three days and no luck. This is the worst experience I have gotten so far from a totally online service providers...

@Abbid , the SIM swap that you are trying to do is a self serve function in your online portal.  You might have a huge problem trying to login at the moment because the servers are being hammered by customers trying to get the black Friday deals.  If you need assistance from support, use the link below.
