Would like to please cancel and get refund as I have been trying get some help to swap eSIM to a physical SIM and it seems no one is responsive enough. May I please get my refund back. Thank you

Hi,How to change from eSIM to physical SIM card to activate my phone and also to keep old number from KOODO.

Thanks, tried that for the last three days and no luck. This is the worst experience I have gotten so far from a totally online service providers...
