Hi @Rmathers
Would you mind please putting back the whole message, it may be very useful for the next person with the same problem, in that case they don't have to ask the question as they can see your solution.
Thank you very much

Sorry to hear that @Rmathers , unless its a roaming add on , they don't expire until they are used up. So, as long as it's not a roaming add on you could just leave it as a safety blanket on your account. Welcome to the community.

@Rmathers Use the ? lower right to contact the mods and explain the situation. It will be easier to just have the over payment credited to your account and applied to your next billing cycle than trying to get an actual refund. Cheers

If you log into your account is the second charge in your account balance?
If so, It might be best to just leave it there to cover your next payment as it could take weeks for a refund.
In any event If you do not want to keep it in your balance for next payment and want a refund you have to contact moderators.
Or private message them at link below

@Rmathers Usually, there are no refunds as PM is a prepaid service. If you believe that you were unfairly charged, like twice for the same time or something like that, you can contact moderators to discuss posible solution: click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions, OR send a message: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Rmathers PM is a prepaid service and there is no refunds. What is your situation and perhaps the Moderators might be able to work something out with you

Can you explain more about your issue?
Public Mobile is a prepaid service. You pay your 30 plan in advance. Technically there are no refunds.
Or is it something with an add-on issue?
We will need more details to help you!
