Hi,
Last month I asked a friend to make a payment for me, and it worked, but the autopay was also activated without my permission, so it charged her this month as well. I'm not using the service anymore so I would like to have a refund to her credit card.
Could someone tell me how to get it?
Thank you

@Maur1984 First thing you should do is disable AutoPay and remove your friend's credit card from your account. Not sure why you didn't purchase a voucher to avoid this problem. Unfortunately receiving a refund is not possible. The only option is to have your friend call their credit card and deal with it that way.

You can always ask @CS_Agent. As has been said, the Terms and Conditions that we all agreed on cover this, but if you're really nice and accept the responsibility for the mistake, you'll never know what they'll do in the end. Expecially if your payment just came out and your sim was never used.
Best case scenario, you will likely wait 30 days to receive your money, tho.

Yeah it isn't as though your friend called a service rep at PM who took care of making a payment for you but misunderstood and set up Autopay at the same time. If your friend used a credit card your friend set up Autopay. I think the only other way would be that you or your friend bought a payment voucher at a dealer and went into your account to deposit the voucher there. If that sounds Greek to you, your friend used a credit card to set up Autopay.

When they paid for you could they have setup the autopay? No guarantees as this is a prepaid service and usually won't issue refunds.
