Hello,
Not sure how this works hoping to talk to someone about getting a refund. I don’t have access to my esim and nothing is working. The QR code in the email takes me to a server not found page. I just paid and think it’s pointless to pay for basically nothing. My email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We are members like you and are helping other members. The are no customer service agent here on this Community forum. You need to private message them directly.

Remove personal data from public forum
You can contact agent directly through direct mail (cs_agent) to resolve your issue and potentially refund you if you are unable to open an account.
