Hey @Lpw this happens often when you add something in your text like a copy and paste that includes some sort of HTML coding. When that happens, I just copy and paste everything to windows Notepad and refresh the page and try posting again from what was pasted on Notepad. It usually clears up the problem.

So @kremie and @Techfish , when you sign up for Public Mobile, you pre pay for the plan you want. For example, if the customer chose the $34 plan and ordered a SIM card, they pre pay for it on their credit card. If they haven't registered the SIM card yet and changed their minds about the service, they are entitled to refund, at least for the $34, don't think they'll be refunded for the SIM card however. But they could sell that on Kijiji or somewhere.
With that being said @Lpw , you must create a ticket to a CS Agent.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

What are you seeking the refund for, the sim card? If you paid for a sim card and then decide against activating service, that's your choice but I would imagine that it's also your loss and you would have to eat the cost.

I don't think so. Public rarely issues refunds, but you could contact an agent to confirm if you wanted.
