Hi, can you please process my refund. Wasn't able to sign up because of trouble with the e Sim - I may have used the wrong IMEI . Will reapply 1 month later.

Public Mobile will unlikely refund you the purchase price but will assist with the activation.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.
You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

Hi @Sweetbai
We are all customers like you. Sadly PM doesn't do refunds as this is a pre paid service. What you CAN do is either purchase a SIM card off of Amazon and try again or go to a local Telus store and see if they have any SIM cards. Then contact a CS Agent and advise the eSIM didn't work and you had to purchase a physical card. They will refund the eSIM as a credit to your account only.
