Hi there,
A friend just had his auto renew of 3 month period charged yesterday (charged him 100 something dollars) but now he is leaving for another carrier. How do we get partial refund for him? Thank you.

Unfortunately, no refund on PM Prepaid service. You can only receive a prorate refund on Postpaid service like the higher priced plans on Telus, Bell or Rogers.

I'd start by going to HELP menu, "start a chat with us", then type Refund and submit a ticket. In order to do this, you need to log in to My Account and "Sign In".
