I mistakenly add-ons US roaming data. How could I get money back?

@Kandeepan  Follow the instructions given to contact a moderator. Explain it was an honest mistake and what you intended to purchase. The moderators are generally pretty good about mistakes and helping you purchase the intended add on.

Generally not possible. Only the moderators will be able to decide and make the call. You have to contact them.Simon.JPG

@Kandeepan Contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket).
