Hello,
I purchased a SIM just now from Public Mobile, but I would like a cancel my order and receive a refund please. Please do not ship the SIM card. I don't need it anymore.
The reason is because I found a better offer. Koodoo offers a 365 day plan for $149 for 30GB of data and Unlimited Canada Wide Calling which is perfect for me.

The issue being discussed is unrelated to any shipping delay. The member simply has decided not to be a Public Mboile customer. Having the person go to the store to get a Public Mobile SIM card doesn't address the member's request.

Sorry, but SIM card sales are final, and no refunds are issued for a customers who change their minds.

Keep in mind that the SIM may take up to 3 weeks to arrive the standard Canada Post mail.

Nevermind. It's fine. I just realized it's Unlimited Canada wide calling only. My grandpa likes calling internationally.
