when did you order your sim card? sim card delivery usually take a week but sometimes longer. You can check with PM and confirm if it is on the way
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

It can take up to 4 weeks in the mail to get your SIM card. If you really want a refund, here's how to reach a CS Agent.
