Hello! I recently purchased esim but it’s not compatible with my phone. Can I please get a refund?

Ya it's probably going to be a couple days before you hear back. Public Mobile is a hornets nest of problems right now with an overwhelming amount of tickets.

Hey @Aye1
Public Mobile is a non refundable service. The only way you can get a refund is if you didn't actually start the service. Did you get a phone number? If not, then you can reach out to a CS Agent for a refund. Here is how to create a ticket.
To Submit a ticket, please click the following link to access the Public Mobile Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type: Customer Service Agent

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I am not a Public Mobile employee. I am a customer just like you. Please do not send me a private message with your personal information.

I’ve sent them a private message yesterday but I still haven’t received a reply. Do you perhaps know how long it could take? Thank you!

@Aye1 If you can't get anywhere with the chat icon try sending a private message to support using this link
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
The reply will come to your community inbox, either envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages. The wait time might be a bit longer than usual at the moment due to some ongoing issues.

@Aye1 Esims are currently free, or do you mean you want a refund for a plan purchase? Or maybe you're not a new customer?
