I need to receive a full refund since my service never worked. Please confirm by email asap.

what was the issue? eSIM? what phone you have?

check with PM support agent first, they will try to help and get it working.  If they cannot help, then they will help with cancelling the service and refund

if you setup the service and it never works, PM will help and arrange refund
