Refund of credit on account if i cancel my account

Hi.

What would the process be if i wanted to cancel my account, but theres a credit on my account. I paid extra for emergencies.

If one were to examine the payment history one might be able to figure out mostly what is real or not.

Of course as like popping has said in the past...pre-paying so much in advance turns it into a bit like a contract. And a foolish investment anyway.

@Anonymous When it comes to real money vs. rewards and promo credits, I'm not sure how the difference would be determined.  One the amounts are added to the account balance, it's all the same  Who's to way which parts of the balance gets used first?

If that money came from your real money and not rewards and credits then depending on how much it is it might be worth asking the moderators real nice like to see if they could refund you some of it. The refund might take several weeks to arrive but you might get something. Just be sure in fairness that it's your money. I have some balance but I wouldn't expect (nor ask) to get a refund because it's mostly rewards and credits.

@Atawilliams hi just remove credit card, as for your credit you use it or loose  since this is a pre paid service

Sorry Public Mobile is a prepaid service. There are no refunds.

If you want to cancel and are on autopay log into your account and remove your credit card.

Click payment then bottom left corner manage my card to remove it. After 90 days of inactivity the account will be closed and deleted. 

Or port your number to another company and it will be closed and deleted.

If you have autopay setup then remove and after 90 days your account would get deacitvated.  PM is prepaid so more than likely you would lose your credits.  You could try submitting a ticket to a moderator to see if they would issue any refunds.

@Atawilliams  Public is strictly a prepaid provider no refunds if you cancel. To cancel, remove your credit card via selfserve or don't make payment if you use vouchers.
