@CS_Agent Hi, I switched carriers after trying public mobile for a day due to lack of speed and signal strength in my area. How/when do I get my refund? Will it be prorated?

@sidbmw sorry, PM is a prepaid provider and cannot provide refund. You paid for 30 days of use already

Honest, PM is running on Telus/Bell infrastructure. So, the service is as good as Telus/Bell. If your friends using Telus/Koodo/Bell/Virgin/Lucky without issue, you should not have problem too
Is that a voice issue? or Data issue?
What kind of phone do you have? brand and model?
Where you are in? larger city or rural?
Start with click Reset All Networks and see how it goes. Please note that it will delete your saved Wifi and BT connections as well, you will just need to add them back after
Also, try in different area in your town/city and see if it is better
