I decided to change carrier and picked Public Mobile. Several days went by and they couldn't complete porting request. I was frustrated, cxld my request to Port. PM said it was cxld. Now they won't refund the amount they charged to my credit card. They are saying I should ask the Credit card co to reverse. Credit card co is saying PM should reverse. Please help.

@Vi, Public Mobile is prepaid and they do not offer refunds as per the terms of service which you were asked to accept prior to proceeding with getting the service. I don't know who counseled you to seek a reversal of charges through the credit card company. The charge is legit. That said, you could discuss your case with the moderator team to see what they might do for you, but no guarantees of course. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
