Referral reward lost

Hi, i have two referrals butthe rewards are lost in Feb.

 

They are my friend and their plans are still active. 

What should i do?

This is usually the result of one of two things:

 

  1. one, or both, of your friends accounts are no longer active/with Public Mobile
  2. you placed your account in lost/stolen mode within the last cycle and upon resumption of service, your rewards were affected on the next renewal

A CSA can confirm which of the above was your case.  Depending on the situation, they may be able to retroactively credit the reward value.

@wendyle181  There accounts are probably suspended but you can ask support to look k to it for you 

if there account ts are active

edit I had same thing happen a month ago but two were in suspended state once those referrals made payment I got the rewards back and applied
