Hello everyone; hoping someone can help clarify this.
My girlfriend used my referral code xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx when she signed up with Public Mobile. She has already paid for her first month. How long does it typically take for the $10 referral credit and the 1 Public Point (the monthly points reward) to appear on my account?

@Rexdale Correct you got it 🙂, you will get the 1 point a day or two before your renewal every 30 days she stays with public mobile

Got it! So she gets the $10 within 72 hours if not get help or support. And I should be receiving 1 point also within 72 hours of activation as well

@Rexdale No just she will get the $10 credit you will get 1 point every 30 that she stays with public mobile inn w you have earned 29 points you can redeem $20 off your bill from the reeds portal in your account

she'll see a $10 credit to her new account within 72hrs (usually less). You'll see 1 Point when you log in to your account . Rewards.

@Rexdale .she should see the one time $10 credit with in 73 hours after activation, if it’s been more then 3 days ask her to contact support to verify the code was applied correctly
