I added my daughter long time ago as referral to my account, but she was never showed up under my account and I am not benefitting the family plan or even a referral from her new line

I used the BOT for my conversation with Public Mobile, it is the dummest thing I have ever seen.

@KAZ4 , are you not getting 1 point at each renewal day? The rewards portal unfortunately does not show the referrals list. Anyway if you are not getting the points, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
