I referred a friend to public mobile and gave them my friends referral code but when they were activating it did not accept my code. So now my friend didnt get the credit nor did i receive my referal bonus. What can I do?

@Schristian213 : Someone with a community account and all the right information to verify access to the account will need to click on the little cartoon quote button lower right and muddle through the chatbot to get to Submit ticket.

your friend can contact in the following 2 ways (Method 1 is the preferred way)
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

how do they contact a CSA?

@Schristian213 : Your friend wanting to use a referral code will need to be the one to contact the CSA's to get your referral code applied. Make sure they are not confusing zero's with oh's etc.
