I signed up for public yesterday and my phone is working great. I tried to provide my referral code to my husband and it's saying it is invalid. The code is typed correctly, we've copied and pasted and text the referral code link over. Why isnt it working?

you sure you didn't mix up 1 with L or 0 with O?
But PM can add the code back for you afterward. So, activate first and ask PM to help after
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

did you put the code at the Friend Referral box instead of Promotion?
you can activate first and ask PM support to apply back for you.
After you have activated without the code, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
