The referral code I gave my husband did not work in adding his account. How can I get this fixed?

If you got a text from PM indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward account.” then your husband will need to wait for a few days for staff to enter the $10 credit in his account and you will get 1 point/month in your account.

@PGA have your husband sign into his account and submit a ticket via the chatbot on both your behalf to look into it for you.
You will usually get the 1 point few days after your renewal and he gets the $10 credit within 72 hours of signing up.

Did you apply referral code at the time of signing up?
If NOT then open a ticket so agent can add it manually.
If you are still in the process of signing up COPY/PASTE referral code to avoid common typos: 1 - l, 0 - O, etc.

@PGA , if the account has already been activated, you will need to use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
