Good morning PM,
I have recently signed up with PM and I as referred by someone to join. At the time of activation I forgot to put in the referral code to get the reward for them and the $10 credit on my account. I did this 2 days ago. I can provide the referral code which is xxxxxxx. My email is xxxxxso I can get the $10 credit. Can you please add this to my account and credit my referral account with the reward.

please remove your referral code and email address from this community website as neither should be posted here. To do that tap the downward facing arrow on the upper right of your message and edit.
Then, ask the customer support agents to apply the code:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
- Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Hi, submit your request through the chatbot at the lower right of your screen. This is a Community mailbox not private.
