Yes it can. This same thing happened to me and the moderator was a great help. I received the referral and everything worked out fine. Good luck! 😁

In the help article section says thars it isnt possible. But you ask one of the moderators.

@ecowen there had been a number of this same question in the forums and we told them to contact a moderator. But they never came back to tell us what happened. I hope you get your referral and come back to let us know. Good luck!
