Referral after subscription

Hi there,

My wife and I joined public mobile during the boxing week sale. I didn't realize at the time about the Referral program. I have already activated the public mobile SIM card in my phone and my wife opened her account/ ordered the SIM less than 48 hours ago. Is there a way I can use the referral program on her after she already has a public mobile account. I tried using the PM contact tech support but their got an error on the website so asking the question here instead.

@Tommy88  You can submit ticket with support and ask them to apply it after the fact

you should have saw it here right before payment notice in the receipt tap it and the second window appears to add it
