Hi, I activated my service using a referral code and I dont see any reward for using that in my profile. Could you please look into it?

I just activated transfer my phone number. I will come back to check $10 credits as you suggested. Thanks

To expand on see this credit in your available balance, the reason for this not showing up in the rewards section is the result of the $10 not actually being a reward.  Rewards refers to the points earned by person who referred you.

Hello @sandu5 

When you log into your account, on the right side of the page under the box "Available Funds" you will see the referral bonus on your account. It can take up to 72 hours to see it.

...slusagm meant to say "within 72 hrs" you should see credit added to your account.

the rewards will be on your account as a credit (Available Funds0 without 72 hours.

wait 3 days, and login and check.  If still not there, then ask PM to help.  

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
