Referral Disappeared

I refered my friend to PM. The original dicount of $25+$2 worked. Then, last month her credit card was lost, she put the card on hold, and missed a PM payment (for half a day). She linked a different credit card, and her service continued, but, my $2 monthly discount disappeared. What can I do? @Moderator_Team
