Hi,
I was given a referral code from a friend, but it wouldn't work when prompted to enter it. I also tried using the the referral code link that was sent to me by my friend and that didn't work either. I had to move on and activate my new plan without entering the code. Is there some way to have the referral code applied now?

Yes you can as per the link provided by @hairbag1. Do you know the last 4 digits of your friend's phone #? If so supply them along with the referral code so that the CSA can confirm they are using the correct referral code and your friend will earn their 1pt/$1 per 30 days that you are an active customer. You will see the $10 credited to your account within the next 72 hours but likely it will be added by tomorrow afternoon.
