When will I receive my Referral Bonus & Sim Card Rebate as a New User of Public Mobile Service?? Do I need to do anything or just wait??

HI @Recorder 

if you are the new user who just joined, the Referral bonus will be added to your account within 72 hours.  Please check your My Account after 3 days and it will show up in the Available funds

for sim card rebate, unless you have arranged with a PM support already, there is no sim card rebate.  If you arranged with PM support agent, then please message them back and ask
