Hi, I have referred my niece to use Public Mobile service. When she registered she used my referral code. Why do she and I not get the reference rewards?

@Tung if you are on the old reward , you should see the $1 in your account every cycle
check with the niece , she ever see the $10 on her My Account? Please ask her to check her My Account's Payment History, it should show the $10 entry around the first couple days she joined
Since you still don't see the $1 referral, please have your niece to open a SINGLE ticket for both of you with PM Support, ask them to check and add it back to your account;

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

I just read a bit about the Public Points. Probably I will stay with the old Rewards. Is there any contact information that I could use to contact Public Mobile to reclaim the reward?

My niece's SIM was activated in last September.
I did not know about Public Point before so I thought it would go to my Rewards. In the Rewards, the Refer-A-Friend is still $0.
Does Public Mobile stop the Rewards and only provide Public Points from now on?

@Tung how long she has activated?
For your niece, she should see a $10 credit to her My Account's Available Fund within 72 hours of the activation
For you, you might get a text from PM about the new referral on the same day. And you might see her number show up in your My Rewards site (or a 1 Public Point increase if you are on the new system) within couple days
