I referred a friend xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxx with my referral code  on 8-10-2023

& still haven't received my reward.

Somebody please resolve this issue.

If this is the case, both of you should contact a CS_Agent then.

In the past, new members have been entering the wrong referral code. Mixing up O with 0, I with 1, S with 5. This could be the case.

@GDOGP  You need to get your friend randy to submit ticket with support to ensure the code was entered correctly

If your Rewards is in your account, your friend will receive his credit tomorrow. Remember, this is a credit that will apply to their next bill which will be 27 days away.

@GDOGP  . Please remove personal info this is public forum. Did your friend get the $10 credit with in 72 hours after activation  z you should see yours almost immediately did you get the cha ching text ? . After 3 days have your friend contact support to make sure the code was applied correctly
