I just noticed that I have never once received my.monthky bonus when I activated my daughters plan using my referral code in November 2023. There was some issues on your end during the activation, you can go back into my account and see what I mean. Will this referral points and her credit be honored still?

@Darham77 if that is correct, your daughter is the one to submit the request to Public Mobile.
She would have/should have received a ine time $10 credit to her bill and you get 1 point each month.
She has to use the chatbot to submit the request.
