Hi Everyone,
I finally got my friend to sign up with PM back in mid February. Drink the good Kool Aid! His account is still active as of today and no missed payments or deactivation. However, neither of us have received our Refer A Friend rewards ($10.00 for him and $1.00 per month for me). I know that my Refer A Friend code was entered since I set up his account from ordering the SIM card to activation. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Your friend should have received the $10 within 72 hours.
If you are in the old rewards program, you can sign in your rewards account and see whether you can see his phone number in your refer a friend list.
If not on your list, your friend (new customer) will need to contact customer service agent to ask about the credit.
Submit a ticket for CSA help.
