Hello Community & Mod,
I port my number from fido over 2 hrs ago. I did receive an error msg while setting up the auto pay/during activation. I tried to reactive again but it said sim card already have been used. I tried to log in but my email didn't register. I register a new account with my port in phone number and was successful(using the same email address as when activation). Now outgoing call works but incoming call & incoming message do not work. Can @Mary_M or other 3 awesome mod please help me to fix my issues as I know I already missed 10+ calls within this period. Thank you so much!

Follow the directions in the post to private message the moderators:
It may be several days before you have a response.
Try your Fido SIM; if it works just keep using it until it stops. Do not cancel your Koodo account.
